HWF40 Lightweight foam concrete production line adopts the high and low-pressure density stabilization technology developed by our company to ensure that the density of lightweight concrete output by the equipment at short and long distances is constant and will not change due to changes in the conveying distance or conveying height. The lightweight concrete plant adopts a container-type structure, which is easy to install, move, and transport. The HWF40 machine can be transported by a 4.2-meter truck.

Standardly equipped with material batching metering device, cement, powder, water, etc. can be measured separately to accurately control the material ratio;

Standardly equipped with daily production report output interface or printing device, which can summarize and output or print the daily consumption of cement, fly ash, foaming agent, and other materials and lightweight concrete production;

Optional lightweight concrete density monitoring and control device, real-time detection of the wet density and dry density of lightweight concrete produced by the equipment.
