Once the grout is prepared, it can be directly transferred to the grouting pump, ensuring continuous mixing and grouting operations. It is primarily used for the preparation of materials such as cement grout and is widely applicable to various above-ground and underground engineering projects, including highways, railways, hydropower, construction, and mining.

Water Tank: High and low liquid level sensors enable automatic water replenishment with secondary precision filling. An integrated admixture tank allows for three-component material mixing

1200L Agitator: Low-speed mixing prevents sedimentation and solidification. Features an automatic cleaning function, with dual discharge ports available as needed

Automatic Grouting Station

Grouting Pump: Compact design; single-cylinder, double-acting continuous grouting; minimal pressure fluctuations and uniform discharge; few components and low maintenance costs

Control Panel: Simple operation and maintenance; supports both fully automatic and manual modes; allows for free adjustment of formula ratios to achieve automatic material mixing and replenishment
