In terms of performance configuration, the high-pressure cement grout injection pumps are equipped with a digital display counter that shows the current working time in real time and automatically accumulates the total time, allowing operators to monitor work progress and equipment wear accurately. The high pressure cement grout injection pumps support stepless adjustment of flow rate and pressure, flexibly adapting to different grouting process requirements. This allows for smooth switching from low-pressure, high-flow to high-pressure, low-flow—in low-pressure mode, the flow rates of the two pumps are intelligently combined to meet the needs of large-area, rapid grouting; in high-pressure mode, a single pump operates, ensuring the stability and penetration of high-pressure grouting. To ensure operational safety and equipment durability, the grout injection pump body is equipped with an emergency pressure relief valve, which can be activated immediately to relieve pressure in case of emergencies, preventing equipment damage or safety hazards caused by pressure overload. The grout injection pump uses a fully hydraulic shaft assembly, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation, effectively reducing mechanical wear and extending equipment lifespan. It also features a dual cooling system of water and air cooling, maintaining stable operation in extreme environments, from scorching heat to frigid cold, adapting to different regional climates and operational needs.

The 12 high pressure cement grout injection pumps for foundation grouting shipped to Vietnam have undergone rigorous factory testing and performance verification to ensure that each unit can perform efficiently and stably in actual projects, providing a solid guarantee for the client’s grouting projects.
