HWGP250/450-250D Diesel driven High-pressure Grout Injection Pump

HWGP250/450-250D Diesel driven High-pressure Grout Injection Pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating pump. HWGP250/450-250D Diesel driven High-pressure Grout Injection Pump consists of a power end (260 HP diesel engine), a clutch, a gearbox (Eaton FAST gearbox), a universal joint coupling and a high pressure pump. The gearbox has four gears and can be continuously variable as needed. On the basis of the original two-speed transmission structure, the high pressure pump adopts a tile-type transmission, which completely changes the drawback of the easy damage of the needle transmission of similar products and prolongs the service life of the pump power end. The tile-type transmission structure, the wear between the tile and the shaft is normal, and the project will not be unable to proceed due to sudden damage.

HWGP250/450-250D Diesel driven High-pressure Grout Injection Pump provides high-pressure power for the reinforcement of soft foundations such as new buildings, highways, high-speed railways, and subways. It can also be used for uneven settlement treatment of old buildings, deep protective curtains, retaining cofferdams, mine anti-seepage, shaft arm, slope anchorage, and other aspects of reservoir dams and underground construction projects. It can also be used for high-pressure water collection to assist rock breaking and coal release, and hydraulic props to provide hydraulic supply for underground. Anchoring includes hydraulic expansion metal anchors pumping high-pressure water, dredging and cleaning of large underground pipelines, perforation of high-pressure water jets, or other fields that require the use of high-pressure liquids as power.
